BruinCard Appointment / Walk-in

Walk-in Hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Appointment Hours: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Appointment and walk-in services are available at 123 Kerckhoff Hall, Monday through Friday. We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in order to designate a service time and improve the efficiency of your office visit.

Appointments & walk-in services will be unavailable from 12/24/25 – 1/2/26 due to the winter holiday closure. Card production will resume 1/5/26.


Pick-Up Appointment Requirements

For first-time, replacement, or exchange BruinCards, the cardholder must:

  • Be an active University member
  • Have an approved BruinCard photo on file
  • Have sufficient BruinCard Easy Pay funds if applicable (replacement cost is $25.00, exchange is $5.00, and first-time is free). You may also pay with a credit/debit card in person; please bring the physical card as Apple and Google Pay are not supported. Cash is not accepted.
  • Present a U.S. Government issued ID during your visit for first time cards 
     
If you do not meet these requirements your appointment may be cancelled by a BruinCard staff member.
