BruinCard Appointment / Walk-in
Both appointment and walk-in services are available from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at 123 Kerckhoff Hall, Monday through Friday. We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in order to designate a service time and improve the efficiency of your office visit.
Incoming Fall 2023 Students
While you are encouraged to submit your photo online by July 1, please do not visit the BruinCard office or schedule an appointment at this time. Undergraduate students who submit their photo by the deadline will receive their card during orientation. Graduate or special program students may receive specific instructions for obtaining their card. If you did not receive graduate department instructions, or your card during undergraduate orientation, you can schedule a BruinCard appointment after September 1, 2023.
Pick-Up Appointment Requirements
For first-time, replacement, or exchange BruinCards, the cardholder must:
- Be an active University member
- Have an approved BruinCard photo on file
- Have sufficient BruinCard Easy Pay funds if applicable (replacement cost is $25.00, exchange is $5.00, and first-time is free). You may also pay with a credit/debit card in person.
- Present a U.S. Government issued ID during your visit for first time cards
