In alignment with campus safety measures, BruinCard Center is operating under modified hours. Card production will be serviced by appointment only between the hours of 10am-2pm, Tuesday and Thursday (Hours subject to change). BruinCard Appointment / Walk-in

Both appointment and walk-in services are available from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at 123 Kerckhoff Hall, Monday through Friday. We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in order to designate a service time and improve the efficiency of your office visit.

Pick-Up Appointment Requirements

For first-time, replacement, or exchange BruinCards, the cardholder must:

  • Be an active University member
  • Have an approved BruinCard photo on file
  • Have sufficient BruinCard Easy Pay funds if applicable (replacement cost is $25.00, exchange is $5.00, and first-time is free). You may also pay with a credit/debit card in person.
  • Present a U.S. Government issued ID during your visit for first time cards

 

If you do not meet these requirements your appointment may be cancelled by a BruinCard staff member.
